We are delighted to be working with a leading Real Estate Consultancy firm who are recruiting for a talented and forward-thinking Business Development Business Partner to join them in a newly created role.

This is a brilliant role for an experienced, commercially minded Business Development Manager who has experience working in the Real Estate sector and is looking for a new challenge. This role will provide the opportunity to work in close collaboration with stakeholders as a trusted advisor and a true business partner.



The Business Development Business Partner will join a high performing Marketing and BD team and will play an integral part in driving growth through developing robust BD strategies for each of the firms service lines and putting these into action. My client is particularly keen to meet with candidates who have a proven track record of developing client relationships into profitable business opportunities.



The remit of this Business Development Business Partner role will include:


  • Taking ownership of BD initiatives and driving these forward
  • Working in close collaboration with partners and fee earners to encourage and coach them around profile raising and BD activities
  • Take the lead in key account planning
  • Proactively identifying opportunities and client targets, developing go to market strategies with the support of the marketing team
  • Leading BD and sales meetings, providing updates and insights to stakeholders
  • Developing relationships with existing and prospect clients to introduce teams and services and identify opportunities for cross selling
  • Providing client and market research and analytics
  • Building referral networks and leveraging relationships
  • Identifying partnership/sponsorship opportunities and working with the wider team to action these



The successful candidate for this role will have a growth mindset, and a track record of developing relationships at all levels. The ability to collaborate and influence is key for this role, along with demonstrable experience of driving new initiatives.



Experience of working in a business development role in the Real Estate sector is essential.
