A well established Investment Management firm.


The Role

The Consumer Duty Project Manager will be a key role within this Investment Management firm.


The Consumer Duty Project Manager needs to have strong experience within Consumer Duty with the ability to lead the planning and implementation of Consumer Duty projects as well as helping define scope, goals and deliverables that support the Investment Management business needs.


The Consumer Duty Project Manager is expected to work both independently and with various departments within the Investment Management firm to overcome obstacles by problem solving and to find resolution to the majority of issues.


The Consumer Duty Project Manager is to ensure that Project Sponsor is aware of their responsibilities at the outset of the project and escalate major concerns and issues on projects to the Project Sponsor.


The Consumer Duty Project Manager will take minutes, document key decisions, establish deadlines and chase actions for projects and will lead project tasks ensuring adequate resource is assigned to each project.


The Consumer Duty Project Manager is to develop project plans with timelines whilst constantly monitoring the progress, implement and manage change to plans whilst ensuring effective communication to all stakeholders.


The Consumer Duty Manager will manage the release and rollout of systems to wider businesses and manage the testing of Internal Systems as part of any project Regulatory Compliance


The Candidate

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, within the financial services or regulatory compliance sector.

Demonstrated experience in managing regulatory compliance projects

Strong understanding of Consumer Duty regulations and their implications.

Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
