We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Duty Project Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Consumer Duty Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of Consumer Duty projects, working closely with various departments to overcome obstacles and find resolution to issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans with timelines and ensure effective communication to all stakeholders
  • Manage the release and rollout of systems to wider businesses and manage the testing of Internal Systems as part of any project
  • Take minutes, document key decisions, establish deadlines and chase actions for projects
  • Lead project tasks ensuring adequate resource is assigned to each project

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, within the financial services or regulatory compliance sector
  • Demonstrated experience in managing regulatory compliance projects
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
