Role Overview: As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand our presence in the EMEA region. You will lead a team of high-performing sales professionals, driving new business acquisition and fostering long-term relationships with key clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the EHS landscape and a strong background in SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the UK and EMEA region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries, including manufacturing, energy, and healthcare.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our EHS SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine the sales approach.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to the executive leadership team.
Key Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in SaaS and a focus on EHS or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading and growing high-performing sales teams.
- Extensive experience in selling complex solutions to large enterprises across multiple industries.
- Strong understanding of the EHS landscape and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Results-oriented, with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive change.
