The Sales, Marketing and Business Development functions are best-in-class, supporting the Firm’s growth. The subject matter expert Partners all have decades of experience delivering transformational impact to the ways large organizations are led and managed.


The Role

We are searching for an experienced businessperson to lead the UK business and, critically, lead UK sales: to identify targets, take sales meetings with CEO and C-Suite prospects, build pipeline, draw in subject matter expertise from across the Firm, win work and grow the business.


·        Guide business development/inside sales to generate leads and meetings

·        Work with Marketing to tailor events and campaigns for the UK market

·        Be a proactive part of the global sales team, collaborating with the chief revenue officer and colleagues to generate pipeline and convert leads across global accounts

·        Work with the Partners to create client propositions and convert sales

·        Manage senior client relationships throughout the sales and delivery journey


The Ideal Candidate

·        Fundamentally, you must be (and you must see yourself as) a consulting/services Salesperson – a hunter who relishes the chase, the challenge of “meeting strangers”, engaging with Group and Divisional CEOs of global corporations, identifying opportunities, winning work and, of course, earning high bonuses

·        Whilst you may have worked at a big-brand, blue chip company earlier in your career, you understand what it takes to sell without the comfort blanket of a household brand opening doors for you – you, along with BD, must open those doors

·        You must be self-confident, self-starting, driven, tenacious and determined to succeed whilst being highly professional, articulate and able to comfortably engage with the most senior levels of Commerce, Industry and Government

·        You have experience of leading and winning work on behalf of small/mid-sized, ambitious professional / business services companies to C-Level client decision makers

·        You are likely to have started your career in either Consulting, IT Services, Executive Search or Banking – a professional background with significant front-line senior customer engagement, relationship management and sales
