Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hybrid Digital Marketing Developer / Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of our web assets, creation of marketing materials, and enhancing automation within the business. While experience in telecommunications is advantageous, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Web Development & Management:Develop, maintain, and update our WordPress-based websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Monitor website analytics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Automation & Integration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
  • Implement and integrate automation tools to enhance efficiency and productivity across the business.
  • Marketing Material Production:Design and produce high-quality marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., brochures, banners, presentations, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • CRM Management:Manage and optimize our Zoho CRM system to streamline sales and marketing processes.
  • Customize CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
  • Train team members on CRM best practices and provide ongoing support.
  • Team Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with other team members, including developers, designers, marketers, and sales professionals, to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions to contribute ideas and insights.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ Years of experience in WordPress web development and management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly self motivated to solve problems and improve existing systems.
  • Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in telecommunications is advantageous but not essential.
