We are currently partnered with an International Biotech leading in nuclear medicine with an innovative pipeline, looking for a Medical Director to lead a team to help launch their product in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Development:
- Establish a MA strategy and help launch the product in the UK
- Lead a team while building a KOL network
- Support the chief marketing officer in strategic planning and team management
Clinical Oversight:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical submissions on time and support successful commercialization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clinical strategies and plan budgets.
- Oversee and refine clinical research plans to achieve objectives.
Regulatory & Compliance:
- Maintain adherence to local and international regulations, as well as company policies.
- Assist with global registrations, labeling, and resolving regulatory issues.
Scientific & Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated on scientific developments and competitive products.
- Provide oversight for protocol development and informed consent documents.
External Collaboration:
- Interact with consultants, opinion leaders, and regulatory agencies.
- Represent the medical team in business and regulatory discussions.
Requirements
- MD (ideally board certified Radiology) Minimum PharmD or equivalent,
- Phase III and experience in launching a product
- Experience in diagnostics, oncology (Prostate Cancer preferable)
- Radiology or radioligand experience desirable
