Contract Time: Full time office based
Location: Kensington, London with occasional international
Reporting Line: Executive Director
Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years
Working languages: English and French
Core responsibilities
Run the London office including:
- Work closely with the CEO on personal matters (travel, household bills and diary management)
- Coordinate meetings, managing schedules and travel for the team
- Assisting the team on liaising with third parties as required
- Administrative tasks including handling legal documents
- Prepare expense reports
- Organising day to day in office
- Project manage any special projects - Team outings, office move etc
Key requirements
- Educated to degree level
- Fluent French speaker - both spoken and written
- A minimum of 4 years’ work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in finance
Personal
- Demonstrable ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Have great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ambitious, dynamic and looking to progress their career
- Very well organised and professional in manner
- Self-motivated and strong team player
Compensation
£35-45K depending on experience
