We are now partnered with a specialist Global Digital Assets Insurance Broker who are looking for a Head of Operations to join their team.


This is a fantastic opportunity to work for the first dedicated broker specialising in the Digital Assets space. As a business they will be protecting unique risks associated with cryptocurrencies, NFTs and digital tokens. So, they will cover clients such as crypto wallet providers, custodians, staking platforms and blockchain/web3 tech companies, specifically key solutions for D&O, Cyber, E&O/ Tech E&O, PI, Crime and Specie.


The Head of Operations will be building the future of insurance from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence across all departments and implementing innovative systems to support their capabilities.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Operations department and enhance efficiency across all departments
  • Partner with senior leadership to align operational strategies with broader business goals and growth initiatives
  • Design and implement cutting-edge operational systems that align with their blockchain and emerging technologies objectives
  • Ensure all operational processes comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to industry standards
  • Oversee the development and management of operational budgets, key performance indicators, and reporting frameworks


Requirements to be considered for this role:

  • Operations experience within the Insurance market (essential)
  • Expertise in binder management, Lloyd's processes, tax and compliance
  • Fluent with using/maintaining CRM software such as Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results
  • A passion for blockchain, AI and emerging technologies (ideally)
