Management Accountant - Reading (Hybrid) - 6 month FTC - £65,000 FTEA brilliant opportunity to join our clients in Reading on a 6 month contract as their Management Accountant getting involved on an integration project from a large acquisition. An opportunity to get involved in a large acquisition for a £billion turnover powerhouse. You'll be....Getting all finance elements of the integrating and accounting done from day one, managing the plan for acquisition including all pre-acquisition data requirements, completion date activities and post completion requirement.Ensuring everything is in the Group results by working day 5An extensive plan has been written, you will be tasked with executing this and ensuring it happens.There will be a separate ledger of the integration entity and you will ensure all accounting goes into that ledger, think completion accounts, open end balances, reconciliations, month end and more.Ensure that AP is linking through to Accruals correctly whether that e Revenue or Expenses.You will liaise with external Auditors - providing Audit evidence so will need to undertake "digging into the data" exercises.About you....ACA qualified for a Top 10 firmAt least 2 years post qualifiedStrong IFRS technical knowledgeAvailable immediately or on short noticeYou'll need to be a good project manager/multi tasker - you'll have lots to do A strong understanding of Debits& Credits is vitalManagement Accountant - Reading (Hybrid) - 6 month FTC - £65,000 FTE
