OneShot is the first true end-to-end autonomous prospecting platform. Our advanced generative AI and machine learning technology automates the manual prospecting busywork, allowing sales teams to focus on high-value accounts and activities.


We're a passionate team obsessed with building cutting-edge AI solutions to empower B2B salespeople.


We're looking for a highly motivated full-stack engineer to join our mission and help us develop the next generation of AI agents, autopilots, and copilot tools.


What you'll be doing:


  • You'll own the entire development lifecycle, from crafting clean, modularized frontend code with ReactJS to building robust backend functionalities with NodeJS and managing data with MongoDB.
  • We'd love to see your experience working with Large Language Models (RAG/Fine-Tuning), GitHub Actions, AWS deployments (CodePipeline, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda functions), and monitoring tools (CloudWatch logs, and feature usage analytics).
  • You'll be empowered to take risks, experiment, and constantly learn. Your work will directly impact B2B sales professionals, streamlining their workflows and boosting their productivity.

You will:


  • Proven background in Front-End Development (ReactJS), Back-End Development (NodeJS) and MongoDB
  • Highly committed and thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Insatiable curiosity and a willingness to dive deep into technical research.
  • Enjoys writing clean, modular, and test-driven code.
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and staying ahead of the curve.
