Looking for an exciting and unique opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding specialist law firm? The successful Legal PA will provide support to fee earners, at all levels including Partners. This is an excellent chance to join a tight knit team, that really prides itself on its friendly and inclusive working environment. As a boutique firm, this role would suit a Legal PA looking for an involved role, where they can be a pivotal part of the team and add real value.


To be considered for this role, you will have prior experience as a Legal PA/Secretary in a city law firm.


Key responsibilities:

  • Travel arrangements
  • Diary management
  • Practice management – onboarding new clients and matters, AML checks, and producing letters of engagement
  • Meeting organisation and arranging client lunches
  • Processing expenses
  • Supporting fee earners with marketing and business development
  • Inbox management
  • General administration


Key skills and experience:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary / PA in a city law firm
  • Strong diary management experience and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Pro-active, highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Fast, accurate typing skills
