Senior Brand Manager


We are looking for a passionate and creative Senior Brand Manager to join our team. The role will be based at our brewery in London’s New Covent Garden Market in Vauxhall. As the Senior Brand Manager, you will be the steward of MOMO Kombucha's brand identity, overseeing its growth and ensuring it resonates with our target audiences. You’ll lead the charge in crafting impactful marketing campaigns and fostering customer loyalty while driving awareness and sales growth.

We are on a mission to produce the UK's best tasting and highest quality kombucha. To achieve that we brew the old-fashioned way in small batches and leave our kombucha completely unfiltered for a fuller depth of flavour. Plus, we’re certified organic: better for you and better for the environment. Our vision is to become the UK’s favourite kombucha.

YOUR ROLE


Brand Strategy & Development


  • Develop and execute the overall brand strategy to enhance visibility, positioning, and market share.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand voice, visual identity, and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget to maximise return on investment.


Marketing Campaigns


  • Manage the creation and delivery of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Analyse campaign performance & consumer insights to optimise future marketing efforts.


Managing Internal & External Partners


  • Work closely with our Social Media and Content Manager to engage with target audience and build community.
  • Oversee our Events and Partnerships Manager.
  • Manage digital marketing agencies (incl. SEO, email marketing, Meta ads, Google ads, Amazon ads) and PR agencies.


Trade Marketing


  • Develop & execute strategies that drive product visibility, sales and brand performance within retail & distribution channels.


As a rapidly growing business everyone at MOMO needs to be ready to get stuck into other areas of the business outside their core focus. This could be supporting our production team with the making and packaging of our kombucha, packing boxes or writing Christmas cards. They aren’t always the most glamorous tasks but everyone from the founders down gets stuck in.


And we’re looking for someone who has:

 

  • Proven experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in the food & beverage or wellness industry (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong creative vision with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for MOMO Kombucha, the Food & Drink industry & Health & Wellness.
  • Positivity with a do-it-now attitude.
