Salary: £40k - £50k basic (plus OTE of up to £54k for meeting annual target, uncapped for exceeding

Project Partners are now on the look out for an experienced B2C Sales Manager based in Oxford.


Our client are in the process of reinvigorating their sales department and require an experienced,

consultative sales professional with experience of managing/coaching a small team, to lead in

driving their plans for growth. The successful candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, a

genuine passion for aviation (specialist training will be provided to gain knowledge in the

relevant field), along with an ability to think outside of the box.


Key responsibilities and duties:

● Developing and executing sales strategy and planning to achieve and deliver on sales

targets

● Immersing yourself within our clients future plans to unlock their needs and insights

● Determining strategic product vision and priorities

● Coordinating and integrating crucial sales activities to deliver on team and organisational

initiatives

● Leading the identification, exploration and analysis of new opportunities to develop

successful strategies and business initiatives

● Shaping the future direction of our offerings while developing and leading a small team


Key competencies:


● Demonstrate a track record of sales leadership and ability to meet targets and KPIs

● Be flexible and willing to travel to events

● Demonstrate organisational and computer skills to manage time and priorities
