We’re looking for a Full-time Senior Performance Marketing Executive


At COAT, we’re the paint experts. Our founders and team deeply understand paint, decorating, and interiors. We also know a thing or two about brand and growth marketing.


We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive with a big appetite to learn and join our ambitious team to support the exciting growth of COAT paints. In this role you will be responsible for managing and implementing paid marketing campaigns across a range of channels including Meta and Google.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Reporting into the Head of Growth and working closely with the founders.
  • Defining and delivering media campaigns across all paid search and paid social platforms.
  • Analysing, reporting, and outlining campaign actions.
  • Briefing in content and giving insights to the creative team to help push creative performance across channels.
  • Effective management of budgets against business objectives.
  • Being proactive in pushing the channels forward with a test and learn mentality.



Experience:


  • Proven management and implementation of paid marketing campaigns across a wide scope of channels, particularly Meta and Google. Experience with YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok is a bonus.
  • Comfortable with data analysis (excel, sheets, looker…) and effectively communicating insights.
  • Understanding the importance of creative and messaging in driving the paid channel performance.
  • Ability to work proactively and manage multiple channels simultaneously.
  • Understanding of wider marketing from SEO to CRM and how it influences your day to day.
  • A solution first mindset.
  • Ability to confidently manage upwards through to c-suite level.
  • A desire to learn, challenge, and progress with the support of COAT.
