CRM Manager (Email Marketing) – Conference Festival
Salary: £40k + £8k OTE

SXSW is a huge name in conference festivals and they are bringing its iconic event to the UK for the first time, in June 2025, and the team is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join them
The CRM Manager will collaborate closely with the Senior CRM Manager to design and execute compelling email marketing and web campaigns that will drive ticket sales for this landmark event. This role is critical in developing and implementing a sophisticated B2B CRM strategy with clear metrics and KPIs.
Your day to day:
- CRM & Website execution: managing and implementing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies alongside website-related tasks to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
- Building outbound emails
- Devising nurture campaigns
- Managing and building out the database with relevant contacts/audience groups
- Driving engagement and conversions (~ the end goal is to sell tickets to the festival event)
- Support the Snr CRM Manager on all areas of multi-touch revenue attribution
About You:
- Experience: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B and events.
- CRM Expertise: Proven success in developing and executing CRM strategies is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HubSpot, including segmentation, A/B testing, and email personalization, is required.
- Strategic & Creative: The candidate should have the ability to align campaigns with marketing objectives and create compelling content.
- Analytical: Strong skills in data analysis are needed to guide strategy and enhance performance.
- Adaptable: The candidate must be comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and staying current with evolving trends.
- Communication: Excellent copywriting and editing abilities are essential.
