As the Senior SEO Manager, you will lead SEO efforts, working closely with a diverse team to develop and implement effective strategies that enhance clients' online presence. This role is pivotal in ensuring clients achieve their business goals through exceptional organic search performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Oversee on-page and off-page optimisation efforts.
  • Manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other digital marketing professionals to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.


Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and techniques.
  • Excellent management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for staying ahead in the ever-changing world of SEO.


Desirable:

  • Experience with WordPress though not essential, would be beneficial.
  • Previous Agency Experience.
