RevWise is one of the fastest growing agencies in the world working with some of the biggest brands in e-commerce, retail, and travel, acting as an extension of their marketing department to grow their affiliate channel. We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Affiliate Manager (e-commerce) who will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of Revwise advertiser clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client
  • Conduct regular check ins and business reviews with clients
  • Proactively identify and address client concerns, and challenges ensuring a timely resolution and positive client experience.
  • Analyse performance and identify trends and areas of improvement for client accounts
  • Bridging the gap between Research/Data team and Delivery team
  • Assisting the Sales Team with audits for new client pitches as well as leading all new client onboarding.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and collaborate with the affiliate delivery team to help them optimise their strategies on an ongoing basis
  • Relationship management of key publisher verticals
  • Be the point of escalation for your assigned accounts.
  • Strategic lead responsible for a group of clients
  • Supporting on reviews, QBRs and key projects
  • Troubleshooting and technical support / escalation


Desired Qualifications:


  • 3-4 years experience within Affiliate Marketing, preferably agency or/and network side.
  • Experience working on advertiser programs within a major platform such as Awin, WebGains, Impact, Rakuten, TradeDoubler and Partnerize.
  • Understanding of the technical components of the program (ie. product feed, creative feeds, tracking set up, tracking issues, attribution models, reconciliation, approvals).
  • Experience reporting directly to decision makers, and/or Senior Management.
  • Great working knowledge of performance marketing KPIs and models.
  • Ability to present and defend a strong ‘business case’ and high-level commercial performance review (ie. leading a QBR meeting, in front of a Founder, CEO or CMO from the client’s side)
