Supply and Logistics Planner

Location: London (Hybrid working available)


A fast-growing global beauty brand is on the lookout for an exceptional Supply and Logistics Planner to join their dynamic Supply Chain team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong supply & logistics background and a passion for delivering excellence in the beauty sector.


The Role:

As a Supply and Logistics Planner, you'll play a key role in managing global freight movements, working with international suppliers and hauliers, and maintaining accuracy within the supply chain systems. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across transportation, warehouse stock, and supplier relationships – all while making an impact within a fast-paced, innovative company.


Key Responsibilities:

Global Freight Management:

  • Oversee global freight movements between suppliers and warehouses.
  • Optimise transportation routes for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Act as the go-to contact for hauliers, managing issues and monitoring performance.

System Accuracy:

  • Maintain accurate data in supply chain systems, ensuring real-time updates on inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve system issues and enhance data integrity.

Supplier Management Support:

  • Assist in managing supplier relationships, demand planning, and order fulfilment.
  • Oversee stock receipt into warehouses, resolving any discrepancies or quality concerns.
  • Implement process improvements for efficient stock management.


About You:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in supply chain planning and logistics.
  • Expertise in handling Air, Sea, and Road shipments globally.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; data analysis and reporting skills are a bonus.
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
