Client Experience Associate

Miryco Consultants are working with a top tier asset manager to recruit a Client Experience Associate to join their passionate team on a 50 week fixed-term contract.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing client relationships, ensuring that high quality client service is delivered.
  • Dealing with client queries and monitoring their progress from start to finish to ensure that they are dealt with appropriately.
  • Build relationships with clients and truly understand their needs and liaise with the appropriate parties to provide excellent service.
  • Careful and sensitive complaint handling responsibilities.
  • Managing the onboarding of clients, ensuring the correct following of procedures.


Requirements:

  • Client service skills (issue resolution, root cause identification and attentiveness, amongst others).
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to relationship build.
  • Attention to detail and able to problem solve.
  • Organised and able to meet multiple deadlines and manage time.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software.
  • Professional qualifications and project management experience desired.
