DISCOVER

As a Retail Sales Consultant (RSC) for Watkins Wellness, you will generate and nurture new business leads and proactively sell Watkins Wellness’ spa and accessory products to consumers daily, both digitally and in person. We are looking for consultants to join our U.K. showrooms in Ashford, Seven Oaks, Cambridge, and Milton Keynes. You will have a direct impact on our business as it relates to the sales of our leading spa and aquatic fitness products such as Hot Spring® Spas, Caldera® Spas, Freeflow Spas®, Fantasy Spas® and Endless Pools®.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Do you have a strong customer focus? You will take ownership of the customer experience in all steps of the sales process and ensure the Watkins sales standards as set out by your manager.
  • Are you goal driven? As a Retail Sales Consultant on our team, you will need to be self-starter and make sure out monthly goals/KPIs are met for all product categories.
  • Can you execute programs? You will use Salesforce to deliver best in class lead conversions and execute ongoing marketing requirements for showroom or events?
  • Are you solutions-minded? You will maintain the showroom products and appearance, support company guidelines and ensure the showroom is safe, maintaining daily administrative duties, including end of day reporting, inventory monitoring, proper completion of all retail processes.
  • Attend and participate in company trainings to reinforce product knowledge and apply learnings (can require overnight travel).

2-3 years of sales experience, or the equivalent combination of sales and business experience.

Customer Services management experience – preferably in durable consumer goods environment.

Proven track record in delivering a solid sales performance.

Maintain a familiarity with business resources (Sharepoint, CRM, Teams, Access/Extranet).

Salesforce experience is a plus.

Demonstrates collaborative behaviors by demonstrating emotional intelligence, teamwork, peer coaching and active listening.

The sales consultant must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and be able to drive a car. This role requires travel time to customer’s homes for site surveys and customer service calls.
