We are seeking a motivated Partnerships Manager with a strong background in B2B relationship/account management in the insurance/financial services field to join our outstanding team. We are in an exciting growth phase, and this role will contribute to our income growth strategy by maximising our relationships through growth identification.
An exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for managing existing partnerships with long term clients , and identifying opportunities to expand these relationships through product development and new product offerings.
Essential job functions include:
- Conducting regular review meetings with allocated client relationships, on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Development and execution of strategic account plans to maximise the business relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Working with all internal departments across the management of the relationship, including Underwriting, Marketing, Finance Operations and Business Control functions.
As you will have significant interaction with longstanding clients based across the UK, the ability to communicate effectively will be key to your success, along with the ability to be self-motivated, flexible in the way you work and the ability to multitask.
As this role will require travel across the UK we are able to provide full flexible working with both hybrid and fully remote working considered.
