A mid-sized, independent agency with studios around the world. Their focus is working with major consumer brands to rethink the brand strategy and experience design around flagship retail locations. Their work is truly end-to-end, and they see their projects through from initial consumer insights to ideation to rollout, giving you a chance to fully immerse yourself in projects and see the final fruits of your labour.
About The Role
Reporting into the Strategy Director, the Senior Strategist will perform a holistic role for the studio. Working with multi-disciplinary teams of strategists, researchers, and designers, you will create amazing retail experiences for the largest consumer brands.
Responsibilities include:
- Working on every step of delivering innovative retail experiences, from customer journeys to scaling strategies and experience design.
- Using all tools available to you to generate clear and actionable strategies, and then collaborating with the multi-disciplinary teams to make those strategies a reality.
- Being an integral part of the strategy team, bringing energy and innovative ideas to every new project you work on.
- Conducting primary and secondary research in conjunction with the research team to understand the needs and wishes of consumers and clients. This includes generating insights and frameworks that can be used by clients moving forward.
- Collaborating with the agency's global teams to deliver the best service.
- Keeping up with current trends in a fast-paced environment.
About You
- Ideally 5+ years' experience in a brand strategy role, preferably with a background in retail and / or experience strategy.
- A strong portfolio of work to demonstrate to demonstrate your skills.
- Strong experience in performing comprehensive research tasks and generating actionable insights.
- You are well-versed in diverse strategy and insight frameworks.
- You have a track record of crafting compelling stories for top-tier brands, and completely selling said stories to clients to achieve total buy-in.
- You are passionate about team development, people, and leadership.
- You excel in creating, formatting, and presenting strong presentations.
