This Digital Marketing Agency specifically specialise in SaaS SEO, leveraging human expertise, data analysis, and automation. Therefore prior experience working with Software as a Service clients, is key
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience managing multiple key big brand accounts simultaneously, working at a fast-pace and handling enterprise-level SEO budgets often ranging from £20,000 to £50,000 or more per month. This budget typically covers comprehensive SEO strategies, large-scale content production, advanced technical SEO, extensive link-building campaigns, and dedicated account management.
Responsibilities
- Define client KPIs and create strategies to meet them.
- Delegate tasks to content, outreach, technical, and SEO teams.
- Conduct keyword research and SERP analysis.
- Develop content strategies and ensure effective execution.
- Create client reports (preferably using Data Studio).
- Train new strategists and identify skill gaps.
- Forecast resource needs and collaborate with project managers.
- Improve current processes and develop new ones with the head of operations.
- Assist in client retention, upselling, and pitches as needed.
- Serve as an SEO authority within the team.
- Develop comprehensive SEO strategies, including content, on-page tactics, outreach, link building, and technical SEO for a handful of key, enterprise accounts.
- Coordinate expert teams to execute your strategies aligned with client goals.
- Provide technical SEO support and training to improve processes.
About You
- Extensive SEO experience at a specialist level within an Agency/SEO Agency
- Knowledge and experience with link-building campaigns
- Have worked with enterprise-level SEO budgets (over £20k/month preferably)
- You naturally thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment where no two days are the same and you are expected to work at pace
- Experience managing SaaS clients - required
- You are very familiar with managing a small, high-value portfolio of clients and being accountable for meeting their deadlines and delivering ROI.
- Time management skills is critical for this role
