Position: Head of Marketing


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing plan focused on expanding their user base and revenue.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities within the web3 ecosystem.
  • Team Leadership: Manage internal and external marketing teams, set clear goals, and foster an innovative team culture.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Budget Oversight: Allocate marketing resources efficiently and track spending to maximize ROI.
  • Event Planning: Organize and execute conferences, webinars, and other events to boost brand awareness.
  • Community Growth: Oversee user community engagement and growth through campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Content & PR: Guide content strategy and manage PR efforts to position the company as an industry leader.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously analyse trends, user behavior, and competitors to optimise marketing strategies.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within web3, blockchain, or related industries.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of web3, blockchain, and decentralised applications. Excellent leadership, communication, and budget management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
