Sales Executive (Entry Level) About the jobThe RoleWe’re seeking entry-level Sales Executives who are outgoing, motivated, and eager to build a long-term career in face to face direct sales. In this role, you’ll represent our clients' brand in person — speaking to potential new customers at their homes or at events and community venues about their utility bills. Your job will be to listen, understand their needs, and offer straightforward solutions that deliver real value. This is an opportunity-rich position, designed for individuals who want to develop their skills, earn well, and progress quickly into leadership and management. Key Responsibilities:● Engage directly with customers in residential areas on their doorstep and at approved venues/events● Present services and solutions in a clear, professional manner● Tailor recommendations to customer needs and preferences● Record activity and customer information accurately each day● Consistently achieve personal and team sales goals● Take part in ongoing sales training and development workshops● Collaborate with colleagues across our growing national network● Progress into leadership roles by demonstrating results and initiative Who We’re Looking For: We’re open to applicants from all backgrounds — whether you’re just starting out or have prior experience in people-focused roles.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills● A positive, confident, and approachable personality● Willingness to work face-to-face with the public● Driven, resilient, and eager to learn● Team player with leadership ambitions● A full UK driving licence is helpful but not essential What You’ll Get:● The option of an employed (Basic salary, plus commission) or self-employed (performance based pay) payment structures ● Structured training and mentorship — no prior experience required● Fast-tracked career progression into leadership and management● Flexible working structure to suit your lifestyle● Supportive, sociable, and ambitious team culture● Access to national networking events and performance incentives● A chance to grow with a company expanding across the UK Location● This is an in-person role based in London.
