Role Overview:

As a Compliance & Safeguarding Executive at Milk Education, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and procedures.Your primary focus will be on overseeing and managing compliance and onboarding processes for educators, ensuring that Milk Education maintains its reputation for excellence and integrity, whilst providing an expedient and thorough clearance process for our candidates so they may find work quicker and easier.


Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks and policies tailored to education recruitment.

· Manage teams across Compliance and Talent resource to ensure full support is provided for our consultants.

· Conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

· Lead the onboarding process for new candidates, verifying qualifications, background checks, and documentation.

· Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance compliance procedures.

· Provide training and guidance to staff members on compliance-related matters.

· Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry best practices, integrating them into Milk Education's compliance strategy.


Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or onboarding role, ideally within the education recruitment sector (other highly regulated sectors such as healthcare will be also looked at).

· Team management would be beneficial, although not essential

· Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in recruitment.

· Experience of dealing with safeguarding in highly regulated sectors.

· Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with acute attention to detail.

· Proven ability to create and implement effective compliance strategies.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
