Role Purpose

The Victoria's Secret Store Design Coordinator role provides technical design support from the inception to completion of a project.


Utilising strong written,drawn and verbal communication skills the store design coordinator will support and collaborate to ensure the successful delivery of new store propositions.


The store design coordinator will work with key stakeholders of differing seniority both nationally and internationally to create a commercially sound, visually striking new stores.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Drawing and detailing retail designs in plan & elevation using Autocad to local standards.
  • Understand and work within budgets and time schedules as well as overseeing purchasing and logistics.
  • Recording and collating supporting technical documentation.
  • File and record all project documentation.
  • You will work across multiple design projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
  • Design coordination - getting feedback from internal and external design, retail, operational teams and from external suppliers, designers, contractors, project managers and commercial teams for coordinated results


Role Requirements:

  • You have demonstrable experience as a store designer or design manager, ideally within Retail.
  • Experience in Autocad a must, with Revit and additional design software a bonus.
  • You'll have excellent organisational and communication skills and possess great initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Experience liaising with suppliers and contractors and ensuring that design-intent and quality is maintained to a maximum level.
  • You excel at delivering neat, clear and accurate design information and schedules.
  • An excellent communicator: confident and comfortable speaking with many different stakeholders across all levels, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view.
  • You thrive working to pace, you are able to ruthlessly prioritise and can manage multiple deadlines with ease.
  • You are proactive, personable with a positive mindset.
