Who’s the business

Zanda is supporting a market leading B2B SaaS / Business Services disruptor as they look to bring in a new Board Advisor to support the business and its CEO as it looks to navigate its next phase of growth.


The business has been backed by top tier investors throughout its journey and is now approaching the market for its Series C raise. Like most Scaleups in the last 18 months the business has gone through some restructuring and currently has circa 180 employees. With a strong revenue base the business is looking to hit its growth projections in the next 12months to push on towards profitability in 2025.

What experiences will you gain

This Board Advisory position will be responsible for providing strategic advice to the CEO and executive team, helping to shape and refine business strategies. Offering insights on GTM, fundraising, and scaling strategies to help drive the business towards its revenue target of £30m.


The role is based on 1 day a month with quarterly board meetings. As a Board Advisor, you will provide hands-on guidance, share your expertise, and serve as a sounding board for the CEO and the senior leadership team.


Participate in quarterly board meetings and provide input on key decisions, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.

What background should have before you press apply

This role is ideal for an accomplished entrepreneur who has successfully scaled a business to over £50 million in turnover, particularly within the B2B Services or SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in navigating challenging economic climates with a robust network within the Venture Capital community.


Previous experience in a board advisory / chair role would be ideal, with a focus on growth, GTM, strategy, and leadership support.
