About The studio:


We are currently searching for a talented Project / Associate Architect to join an internationally renowned, multi-disciplinary studio based in Central London. They are typically know for their award winning, large scale projects ranging from mixed-use developments to retail, office, residential and hospitality. Their work is characterized by an innovative and multidisciplinary approach, and recognised as one of the top global architectural practices. Committed to creating inspiring destinations, the firm is looking for a talented and ambitious project architect or associate to become part of its growing team. The role will encompass a variety of project types, scales, and stages, providing the opportunity for personal and career development whilst contributing to the studio's ongoing growth.




Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the development and implementation of architectural projects, including design at all stages, construction documents, and construction administration.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams consisting of architects, engineers, and other design and construction professionals.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior team members to prepare, issue, and manage compliance plans to align project goals, including budget, deliverables, and schedule.
  • Develop project budgets and schedules and track progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gather project requirements, address concerns, and provide progress updates.
  • Have at least five years’ professional experience in architecture, with at least two years in project management or team leadership roles.
  • Have 2D and 3D software knowledge, including Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Have excellent graphic, communication and organizational skills
  • Inspire and lead others by example, participate in staff mentoring and training, clearly define team member expectations and responsibilities, empower others, and delegate appropriately based on team members' recognized abilities and potential.
