Duration: 6 Month Contract (potential to extend)

Skills: ITIL4 Managing Professional, ITIL v.4 transformation, implementing Lean principles, Agile DevOps / Platform Engineering experience.

Are you an IT Service Manager (ITSM) professional? Can you provide examples of transitioning DevOps / Platform teams processes from ITILv3 to ITILv4 following Lean principles? If you have this experience along with a broad range of stakeholder engagement experience and an energy and passion for delivering Lean processes, please apply.

This is a 6-month contract that can be primarily fulfilled from home; however, the successful candidate must be prepared to travel to the Brighton office as and when required, so you will also need to be able to live locally to East / West Sussex areas.

Candidate profile:

  • Qualification / Certification:
  • ITIL4 Managing Professional (MPC) or Strategic Leadership ideal
  • ITSM professional
  • Experience:
  • Can share previous examples of helping organisations transition from ITIL v.3 to ITIL v.4 - essential
  • Extensive experience working in Agile DevOps OR Platform Engineering teams, delivering Lean processes - essential
  • Broad range of stakeholder engagement experience - essential
  • Experience assuming the role of Delivery Lead - essential
  • Strong analytical skills to investigate and document current systems and get up to speed quickly - essential
  • Experience of working in a highly regulated sector previously - essential
  • Familiar with various ITSM tools - essential
  • Local to Sussex and willing to travel to Brighton as required - essential
