Role Overview 


We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence on Facebook and Instagram. This role requires a creative mind with a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to align content with our brand guidelines and goals. The ideal candidate will focus on increasing our audience size, boosting engagement, and strengthening our relationships with both business and consumer communities.


Key Responsibilitie


- Content Creation Develop and post engaging content 3 times per week across our Facebook and Instagram pages, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and aesthetic.

  

- Graphic Design & Video Editing Create visually appealing graphics and edit videos that resonate with our audience, showcasing our products and brand ethos.

  

- UGC Outreach Identify and collaborate with user-generated content creators to enhance our brand's authenticity and reach.

  

- Community Building Engage with our online communities to foster strong relationships, drive conversations, and increase brand loyalty.

  

- B2B Portal Management Regularly update and manage content on our B2B portal, providing our salon customers with the latest information and resources.


Qualifications


- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in the hair or beauty industry.

- Strong graphic design and video editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

- Experience in growing and engaging social media audiences.

- Familiarity with UGC strategies and influencer outreach.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

- A deep understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.
