We are delighted to be recruiting for a high-profile property development business in the heart of SW London, close to Wandsworth. This is a new role and offers opportunity for an experienced C Suite EA to establish the role. The CEO is a lovely guy who is people centric, engaging and insightful. He needs a dedicated one to one support from an EA. Brief overview of the key responsibilities of the role


  • Provide high level personal administrative assistance to the CEO that is efficient and effective.
  • Manage all communications on behalf of the CEO, screening incoming calls and emails; prioritising and responding where appropriate.
  • Taking brief dication and creating letters / correspondence etd
  • Taking minutes at meetings / managing actions / all follow up notes
  • Deal with internal and external enquiries accurately, promptly and effectively.
  • Manage the CEO’s contacts and stakeholder relationships.
  • Maintain and organise calendars and schedules, managing and resolving any scheduling issues and arranging any catering requirements as necessary.
  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, meeting agendas, monthly, quarterly or annual reports, projects and other documents.
  • Assist in preparing and managing presentations and events.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation in line with schedules and budgets for CEO and Shareholders when required.
  • Welcome guests and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone.
  • Complete expenses in accordance with specified time scales and company formats.
  • Assist other members of the leadership team as and when required.
  • Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters
  • Complete ad hoc projects as and when requested.


If you are a C-Suite experienced EA, commercially astute, with drive, energy and an eye for detail, this could be the role for you You must have a proven ability to take dictation / minutes
