We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will oversee all financial aspects of Kingspan Water and Energy and play a key role in the decision-making process. The Finance Manager, while reporting to the Head of Finance GB & I is a key member of the management team necessitating a close working relationship with the Managing Director, Operations and Commercial Directors/Managers. Duties:


  • Financial reporting and financial analysis for communication to leadership team
  • Monthly management accounts production and budgets, forecasts, and audits support and preparation
  • Ensure product profit margins are reviewed every month to identify low-margin orders in the month and/or trends over time of low margin products and customers
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Cost and inventory management
  • Cash management and planning
  • CAPEX and Fixed Asset Management
  • Credit Management
  • Consolidation of monthly and annual accounts
  • Assist with management of the annual audit
  • Provide leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Supplier Management and credit control


Qualifications:


  • Professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA is desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years PQE in an accountant role within the manufacturing industry
  • Sound understanding of financial management and accounting concepts and processes.
  • Highly organised with good planning and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


This role is based in Portadown but will involve occasional travel to other Kingspan sites within the UK.
