Job Description:

We are looking for experienced IT Business Analysts to join our team and contribute to delivering impactful digital and business transformation initiatives. This role involves analyzing, documenting, and enhancing processes and systems to drive efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a proven ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk management assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Provide detailed reporting and analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Leverage strategic thinking to align IT solutions with business goals.
  • Lead and facilitate change and transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Drive business process re-engineering (BPR) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Foster professional collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Perform comprehensive digital and technology business analysis to address key challenges.
  • Manage the implementation of change management strategies to ensure successful adoption.
  • Develop and document clear and actionable functional designs for solutions.
  • Apply business acumen to bridge technical and business needs effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to risk and controls frameworks to support governance requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for continuous optimization.
  • Produce high-quality, concise written communication for reports, proposals, and documentation.


Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong expertise in risk management and governance principles.
  • Proven experience in reporting, analysis, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement business transformation initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital technologies and their impact on business operations.
  • Skilled in functional design development and process mapping.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on building effective partnerships.
  • Experience with change management and driving adoption of new processes or systems.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or digital domains.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analyst) are a plus.
