We are currently recruiting for a friendly and confident Client Experience Agent to join our Customer Services department on a part time basis for a fixed-term of 3 months.


As a Client Experience Agent, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable client service, supporting the day to day operations of the Head Office Customer Service Team and act as an ambassador of our brand.


As a Client Experience Agent you will:


  • Have previous experience working within a Customer Service or Sales Assistant role for a premium/luxury brand
  • Be highly organised and able to prioritise customer queries and issues during busy periods
  • Be proactive, show initiative and suggest ideas to improve the current service offering
  • Possess strong written and verbal communications skills and confident telephone manners
  • Have previous experience working with the Zendesk and Business Central (desirable)
