MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing D2C brands in the UK (Sunday Times top 100 list). The business has grown substantially over the last few years with further growth projected for this year and beyond – both from a revenue and team size perspective. The business is almost entirely self-funded so they’re in a very strong financial position.
They’re now looking to hire a Paid Media Specialist / Media Buyer to bring their paid advertising activities in-house. The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising the media buying strategies and campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok and YouTube. Current spend is north of £500k per month, primarily on Meta, so candidates need to have experience dealing with similar sized budgets.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
⭐️A minimum of 4 years Media Buying / Paid Media experience.
⭐️Experience working for a D2C E-commerce business is critical.
⭐️Proven experience of managing spends of £500k + per month.
⭐️Experience of Meta, TikTok and YouTube is essential.
⭐️Excellent written and verbal communication skills is very important.
⭐️A fantastic ability to think outside the box and have crazy/wild ideas.
⭐️An amazing attitude, you need to be super driven, fun, sociable and ambitious
