Job Summary:
As an AWF Business Intelligence Analyst on the Global Ads Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Q4 peak season planning. You will collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence Lead to analyze data trends, develop insightful reports, and contribute to the strategic execution of our advertising campaigns. Your expertise will help optimize our ad performance and ensure a successful peak season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers to align data analysis with overall Ads product strategy.
- Assist with the development and implementation of operational tools for peak season planning, becoming the go-to expert.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and drive automation initiatives.
- Engage with global stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for Ads product enhancements.
- Take charge of data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks to support decision-making during Q4 peak season.
- Contribute to the design and execution of A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Synthesize complex data into actionable reports for the marketing team and senior management.
- Assist in the management and quality assurance of campaign content and audience targeting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data analysis role ideally within a marketing or ad-tech environment.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks with precision.
- Excellent communication skills, with the aptitude to present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
