Ruby Group are looking for an accounts assistant to join a well known retail brand that has had consistent levels of growth and further plans to expand. This is a newly created role as a result of an increase in business. Reporting to the Cash and Banking supervisor your responsibilities will be.


To support the Cash and Banking team so they can meet their full objectives. You will provide support to all regional managers ensuring that cash and banking is accurate and any queries have been dealt with. You will produce daily reports for senior managers. Raise high volume sales ledger invoices, reconcile bank accounts, allocate cash. Maintain and reconcile petty cash and expenses. Update bank accounts with balance and transactions report. Prepare and post interest journal accruals. You will provides support to all our restaurants and ensures that all main account activity is completed to the highest standard.



The ideal applicant will have at least two years experience working within a high volume multi-site environment. Candidates that have worked within retail, FMCG or restaurants will have an advantage. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You must have intermediate excel skills. CODA experience is advantageous.
