We understand the importance of digital presence and brand recognition in today's competitive market and as we continue to expand our operations, we're seeking a driven and creative Head of Marketing & Content to elevate our online presence and strengthen our brand identity.
We’re currently around 40 heads in Manchester with plans in place to grow substantially over the coming years to 100+ and we’re looking for someone that is prepared to join this journey
Role Overview:
You will play a pivotal and dynamic role in shaping, planning & executing our social media & marketing plans. Your responsibilities will include a variety of avenues such as content creation, strategic marketing campaigns, video editing, community building and brand enhancement and more. Your work will directly impact our digital footprint and contribute to the overall success of our future
Key to this role we’re looking for someone that is not scared to share their ideas & is enthusiastic around seeing those ideas through and the impact, ROI and results from their work
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality, and relevant content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and values.
- Podcast creation: We're looking for someone to champion our podcast focuses endevours whether you're happy being in front of the camera or behind it
- Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, driving engagement and lead generation within each business unit.
- Sales Material Generation: Our consultants pitch to some of the largest and best start-ups and corporations out there and it's important that our businesses approaches are professional & pitches enforce who we are.
- Video & Photo Creation & Editing: Create compelling Photo & Video content that tells our story, showcases our services, and highlights the experiences of candidates placed through our agency. (Adobe suite preferred) This is also important for our growth as we tell the story of Cubiq
- Brand Enhancement: Collaborate with the wider management team and team leads to refine and enhance our brand identity, ensuring all social media assets align with our visual guidelines.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Community Creation: We operate in niche technical areas where promoting certain factors such as diversity are important to us so you’ll take an active part in the creation, branding and publicising of our community groups. This may involve website creation, brand creation and participation & documentation of events / meet-ups.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Training: We don't expect you to do everything So we want someone that is comfortable rolling out marketing best practices to our teams. Our teams already value the importance of a strong brand so are welcome to guidance and training
- Cultural Promotion: Promote culture / holidays / monthly events / charity based initiatives / events internally working alongside our internal People & Culture / Operations Leader.
- Website Development & Maintenance: Our website has to reflect our target markets so we want to ensure that this is also in constant development and growth
Qualifications:
- Attitude is huge for us In a group of high-performing modern recruiters, we want you to reflect that ambitious attitude through idea creation, proactiveness and drive.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Video / Film or a related field (or equivalent work experience / or qualifications).
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts and creating impactful content (in a recruitment agency environment preferred)
- Proficiency in video editing tools and graphic design software.
- Proficiency with camera equipment (Hobby is fine)
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their nuances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Curious mindset - We work in highly technical fields and although you don't need to know them inside and out, we ideally want someone that is excited by the areas we work in and the opportunity to contribute a this level
