My client, a leading property business, are looking for a Conveyancing NQ Solicitor to join on an initial 12 month contract starting from January 2026. To be a part of their legal team, you will play a role in supporting and leading conveyancing transactions and providing broad legal support across the business.You will work with external solicitors, managing documentation and conducting legal research as well as offering general legal assistance across the organisation. Key responsibilities will include:ConveyancingDocumentation and reportingTransaction managementCompliance and inspectionGeneral Legal Support on Commercial and Business MattersCandidates must have previous experience in Conveyancing, together with broader real estate law, as well as strong organisational and time management skills.
