This means you'll be working with a longstanding client base at a firm with a great reputation within the residential property market. They're not a volume conveyancer. Their reputation is built on quality service.

You'll get plenty of client contact and will be managing transactions from start to finish.

As a full-service law firm, you'll work collaboratively on transactions and be supervised by senior Solicitors and Partners where necessary.

They have a team of 9 people in their property department, which is led by a former Silver Circle Lawyer. As well as this, 2 of the conveyancers have over 20 years of experience – giving you a wealth of knowledge to learn from.

The conveyancing team has 3 Partners and 3 support staff. This means you'll have support below and supervision from above.

You will have lots of variety and can expect a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Transfers of Equity, remortgages, leases and licences.

Your professional development and training will be tailored to your needs.

This will be a combination of on-the-job training and seminars and courses. You'll therefore have input into your future training which will be built around your interests and business needs.

Based out of their South London office, you'll be joining a hardworking, friendly and dedicated team which embraces a healthy work life balance with continuous growth and learning.

What you'll need

  • NQ-3 PQE Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Experience in leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.
