Job Summary


The Field Account Executive will be responsible for goal attainment at many levels of the business, within their assigned geographical area. The Field Account Executive will exemplify business acumen to maintain and develop plans in the direct sale of Beauty Works Professional products, develop the territory by generating a strong lead list of professional salon prospects, as well as strive for new business.


Role Outline & Responsibilities


  • Travel daily, with 85% of the working month in salons with overnight if/when required
  • Effectively manage a journey plan calling on 8/9 salons a day existing & prospect accounts
  • Manage accounts at all levels
  • Implement promotional and marketing material
  • Work closely with The Education Team to ensure all salons are supported by education
  • Represent the brand at professional trade shows
  • Follow up all incoming leads with a salon visit
  • All new accounts are opened by the Field Account Executives with an order
  • Maintain an active prospect list of both warm and cold prospects
  • Create strong and trustworthy business relationships
  • Know customer profiles and transmit customer centricity
  • Manage complexity and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Achieve results with integrity
  • Interact at all levels effectively
  • Build deep customer intelligence and data
  • Network strongly across Professional Salons
  • Monitor and report all accounts performances against the plan / growth
  • Build and nurture internal and external business relationships
  • Liaise with internal departments while working remotely
  • Reply and action queries/tasks in a timely manner


Key Skills


  • Previous on the road sales experience is essential
  • Background from the hair and beauty industry is advantageous
