  • Business Development & Marketing: Ability to network like a pro, attract new clients, and maybe even win a client over with a well-timed joke
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, self-motivation, and the ability to juggle multiple cases without breaking a sweat.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with legal software, case management systems, and using tech to work from anywhere (including that beach we mentioned).
  • Compliance & Ethics: Understanding regulatory requirements and staying on top of compliance—while maintaining your professionalism, of course.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong fee management, budgeting skills, and a knack for ensuring your hard work translates into a healthy income.
