Job Summary?

Candidate with an ability to Govern and manage the Change & Incident Management Process and ensure standardization.

Years Of experience Needed:-

Any Graduate with at least 6 – 9 years of experience in the relevant area.

Technical Skills:

  • Good Knowledge on Microsoft Office
  • Experience in working on Service Now tool
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and its various towers
  • Management of Apps Release and software Deployment across the group infrastructure and environments.
  • Change approval/Management/requests-manage the end -to -end change process ,including running a change advisory board to facilitate the change approval according to Client processes and those of Vendor group partners requiring international co-operation.
  • Evidence of improvement to change process by enhancements to CAB/approval process and introduction of a service management toolset.

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge on ITIL framework (certified)
  • Advanced Change & Incident Management Skills
  • Knowledge on other ITIL process – Problem, Asset Configuration Mgmt.
  • Manage/Own CAB meetings & MI Bridges
  • Change Lifecycle Mgmt./Incident lifecycle Mgmt.
  • Effective Business Communication
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Attitude to feedback/willing to learn
  • Positive attitude to change
  • Team Player
  • Confident and ability handle/own client meetings
  • Open to cross-skilling
