Term: 12 month FTC

What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: (We have two vancy openings)

1) Transportation team supporting 1-2 Partners

2) Energy team supporting 3-4 Partners

Key duties:

  • Diary management
  • Travel
  • Inbox management
  • Expenses
  • Filing
  • Matter opening
  • Document Production
  • Managing legal documents
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Billing monitoring and naratives
  • Customer service to clients

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

Ideally you will have been a PA in a Law firm previously and understand the processes when being a Legal PA.

Qualifications: NA

Availability: This is a 12 month FTC and will be to start in January and so you must be available to start then.
