  • Location: London – True Hybrid Model, with 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days remote.
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience (£40K–£90K), plus private medical, travel/car allowance, and additional benefits.

The Role: Join a highly engaged, forward-thinking risk team within a major public sector organisation. We’re seeking talented individuals at all experience levels—from Analyst to Senior Risk Manager—to support our clients mission of enhancing project controls through effective risk management. Working alongside project management, you’ll help shape the future of our projects by identifying, evaluating, and managing risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities by Level:

Project Risk Analyst:

  • Assist with Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) and basic Schedule (QSRA) and Cost Risk Analyses (QCRA).
  • Prepare initial reports to aid project decision-making.

Risk Consultant:

  • Facilitate risk workshops and manage the risk register.
  • Independently perform QRA, QSRA, and QCRA to generate insights.
  • Create detailed reports to inform project strategies.

Risk Manager:

  • Lead risk workshops and oversee the risk register.
  • Conduct advanced QRA, QSRA, and QCRA, focusing on strategic insights.
  • Present reports and recommend risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders.

Senior Risk Manager:

  • Drive risk management for complex projects and advise senior leadership.
  • Oversee all risk register updates and conduct sophisticated QRA, QSRA, and QCRA.
  • Mentor team members and shape high-level risk strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Project Risk Analyst: Entry-level experience in risk management, ideally with exposure to maintaining risk registers and supporting workshops. Strong attention to detail and foundational knowledge in risk analysis within infrastructure sectors (e.g., Rail, Highways, Utilities, Defence, Aerospace).
  • Risk Consultant: Solid experience in risk management, including independent management of risk registers and facilitation of workshops. Proven ability to conduct basic quantitative analyses and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Risk Manager: Extensive experience in risk management, including leading workshops and owning risk registers. Skilled in advanced quantitative analyses (QRA, QSRA, QCRA) and adept at influencing mid-level to senior stakeholders.
  • Senior Risk Manager: Significant experience in high-stakes risk management within infrastructure sectors. Expertise in sophisticated risk analysis techniques, stakeholder influence at executive levels, and leadership in developing risk management frameworks.
