We are looking for a professional Administrator/Personal Assistant to join the banking sector in Central London. The role requires someone who can effectively manage diaries, coordinate meetings, plan events and take on administrative work as required.


Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments, providing secretarial and full administrative support to Senior Managers
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Planning and arranging domestic / international travel and processing expenses
  • Planning events as required
  • Arranging meetings, including booking meeting rooms, greeting visitors and arranging refreshments when required
  • Produce minutes/a record of meetings as requested


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organised
  • Ability to build good working relationships and networks
  • High level of accuracy and a good attention to detail
  • The ability to work proactively, using own initiative and with minimal supervision is key
