The purpose of the role is to proactively manage and grow revenue for Critical Power across multiple channels/verticals.

Managing a team in supporting revenue growth through a product, service & application lead approach.


· Manage and develop the Critical Power team including recruiting, hiring, enablement and ongoing coaching of team members.

· Build and lead a high performing sales team, within a results-driven environment.

· Set clear targets for sales team and oversee achievement of these through coaching, support, and KPI measurement.

· Conduct performance review meetings with sales team, as well as effectively mentoring 1:1 on a regular basis.

· Ensure Sales team capabilities and processes are constantly reviewed and enhanced.



You must have:

· Able to listen and offer a consultative approach to selling.
