Our client, a leading and profitable manufacturer, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Managing Director to lead their world-class production facility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, quality, engineering, and logistics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Financial Performance: Assume full P&L responsibility and drive financial performance.
  • Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • People Development: Foster a positive and engaged work environment, develop talent, and ensure employee satisfaction.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in complex component manufacturing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and driving operational excellence.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
